Greetings, I'm Grishiny, a dedicated yoga instructor and life coach based in Toronto.

My journey with yoga began when I accompanied my sister to her yoga classes. I instantly fell in love with it, but life's demands - work, school, and family - gradually pulled me away from this passion. During the pandemic, I found myself feeling drained, isolated, and at a low point.

In response, I made a conscious decision to reset my life. I embarked on a rigorous 12-week yoga teacher training program, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. It rekindled my deep affection for yoga and ignited a newfound passion for sharing its benefits through teaching. Today, I'm privileged to offer my guidance at esteemed studios and community centres, imparting the practices that have brought me inner peace and equilibrium.

In addition to yoga, I also offer life coaching services that seamlessly incorporate the principles and wisdom of yoga. Through personalized coaching sessions, I help you navigate life's challenges, identify and break through barriers, and develop practical strategies for personal growth.
